Here’s everything you need to know before falling in love with a piece.

These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the website www.homebeautyvibes.ch, operated by Home Beauty Vibes, based in Zug, Switzerland.

By browsing or purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

Home Beauty Vibes (hereafter also “HBV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers a carefully curated selection of interior pieces — from bold statement designs to timeless essentials — always chosen with intention and beauty in mind. All purchases are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Every item you see in our shop is selected with intention.

To place an order, simply follow the checkout process and enter the information requested. By sending your order, you are making an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when your order is confirmed by us via email — that’s the moment your curated beauty begins its journey.

You will receive an order confirmation email with key details: what you ordered, where it’s going, how you paid, and how to contact us if you need anything. If something seems off, reach out — we’re here.

We do our best to keep availability up to date. But sometimes beauty moves fast. If an item is no longer available or an error in stock or pricing occurs, we’ll inform you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Pre-order items are clearly marked. These will be shipped directly from the maker’s hands to yours. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page. While delays are rare, we’ll keep you informed if anything changes.

You confirm that all personal data you provide is true and complete. Please inform us immediately if you suspect any misuse of your data or credentials. We are not liable for damages caused by inaccurate or false information submitted by you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional cases — for example, if we suspect misuse, if previous terms were violated, or if we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen issues.

Please note that product images — especially colors — may vary depending on your screen settings. If you need extra clarity before ordering, we invite you to contact us.

All prices in the shop are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately during checkout — no surprises, no hidden extras. You’ll always know what you’re saying yes to.

We accept a range of secure payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

And for those who walk their own path —
we accept Bitcoin (BTC).
Not as a trend, but as a choice —

Some pieces may be available only as pre-orders or custom items.
For all orders — whether in stock or made-to-order — full payment is required in advance. This secures your selection and allows us to forward your request to the maker without delay.
For larger interior projects, tailored arrangements may be discussed privately.

Prices may be updated occasionally, but once your order is confirmed, the price is locked. As we fine-tune our logistics and delivery flow during the launch phase, some prices may evolve slightly. We thank you for your trust as we grow — with intention and bold beauty.

If a technical error causes a price discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct it. You’ll be informed, and of course, a full refund will be offered if you choose not to proceed.

Invoices are generated automatically and can be downloaded after your order confirmation.
Please note: As we are not currently registered for Swiss VAT, no VAT is charged or shown on invoices, in accordance with Article 10 of the Swiss VAT Act.

We do not offer installment payments at this time. For special projects or interior design collaborations, personalized options may be explored upon request.

All items are shipped directly from our trusted partners, carefully packed and delivered to your door.
We currently ship within Switzerland only.

Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page. For in-stock items, orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days. For pre-orders or made-to-order pieces, delivery times will vary and are clearly communicated before checkout.

We collaborate with Kühne + Nagel and other trusted logistics partners to ensure that even large or high-value items arrive safely and securely.
For select orders, we offer White Glove Delivery — including placement in the room of your choice and removal of packaging materials.

If you have your own preferred transport partner or require special delivery terms, we’re happy to coordinate with you.

Please ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the item at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please document the issue immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can find the best solution together.

We do not currently offer international shipping — but if you’re planning something bold beyond borders, feel free to reach out.

We hope you fall in love — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here.

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, simply contact us at [your return email] within the 14-day period. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please do not return items to the original manufacturer — all returns must be sent to our designated address in Switzerland.

This right applies only to standard, non-customized products.
Please note that custom orders, pre-orders, and made-to-order pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Returns must be approved in advance — unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs and responsibility remain with the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The item must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, with original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation.

  • It must not show signs of wear, dirt, damage, or improper handling.

  • The return applies to the entire product, not partial components.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

If a package shows signs of damage or tampering at delivery, we recommend inspecting it before signing, or accepting it “with reservation” — and contacting us immediately.

Failure to accept or collect a delivery without notice may result in cancellation of the order and deduction of related return costs.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We aim to issue refunds within 10 working days via the original payment method.
If your order was paid in Bitcoin (BTC), the refund will be issued in CHF, equal to the value at the time of purchase.

This policy applies to private customers only. For professional clients, returns or withdrawal rights may be granted upon written agreement — please contact us in advance.

Because luxury is also about honesty —
and trust is something we put in writing.

Legal Warranty

All products sold to private customers are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to purchases made for personal use (consumers), not for professional or commercial purposes. If you are a professional customer, different rules apply — please contact us for details.

The warranty covers any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery. If an issue arises, please contact us within 2 months of noticing the defect. We will evaluate your request and propose the most appropriate solution — such as repair, replacement, or refund.

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • The issue results from improper use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., moisture, accidents, unauthorized repair attempts).

  • Normal wear and tear.

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty beyond the legal warranty. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page or documentation.

Governing Law & Disputes

Contracts concluded through this website are governed by Swiss law.

For private customers (consumers), the competent court for any dispute is your place of residence, if within Switzerland. For all other cases, the competent court is Zug, Switzerland.

The right to pursue legal action through ordinary courts remains fully intact.
