These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.homebeautyvibes.ch, operated by Home Beauty Vibes, based in Rotkreuz (ZG), Switzerland.

By browsing or making a purchase on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

Home Beauty Vibes (also referred to as “HBV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers a carefully curated selection of interior pieces – from bold statement designs to timeless essentials – chosen with intention, quality, and beauty in mind.

HBV operates as a curated online platform, coordinating sales and customer experience while selected pieces may be produced, fulfilled, or shipped directly by independent suppliers or artists.

All purchases and interactions on this website are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Every item featured on Home Beauty Vibes is carefully curated and selected with intention.

To place an order, follow the checkout process and provide the requested information. By submitting an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected item(s).
A contract is concluded once your order has been expressly accepted and confirmed by us via email – that’s the moment your curated beauty begins its journey.

You will receive an order confirmation email with all essential details: what you ordered, where it’s going, how you paid, and how to reach us if you need anything. If something feels off, reach out – we’re here.

We do our best to keep product availability accurate and up to date. However, beauty moves fast. If an item is no longer available or if an error in stock or pricing occurs, we will inform you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Pre-order items are clearly marked. These pieces are crafted or prepared especially for you and shipped directly from the maker’s hands to yours. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page. While delays are rare, we will keep you informed if anything changes.

By placing an order, you confirm that all personal information you provide is accurate and complete. Please inform us immediately if you suspect any misuse of your data. We cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional cases – for example, in the event of suspected misuse, violation of these Terms, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

All prices in the shop are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Where applicable, prices include all taxes and duties relevant at the time of purchase.
Any additional delivery costs are clearly shown during checkout – no surprises, no hidden extras.
You’ll always know exactly what you’re saying yes to.

We accept a range of secure payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.
Bank transfer is available upon request.

And for those who walk their own path –
we accept Bitcoin (BTC).
Not as a trend, but as a choice.
Because freedom is the beauty.

Payments made in Bitcoin (BTC) are settled in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Any refunds will be processed in CHF, based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Some pieces are offered as pre-orders or made-to-order items. These are clearly marked on the product page.
For all orders – whether in stock or custom – full payment is required in advance. This secures your selection and allows us to forward your order to the maker without delay.

For larger interior projects or bespoke requests, tailored arrangements may be discussed privately.

Prices may be adjusted occasionally. However, once your order is confirmed, your price is locked.
As we fine-tune our logistics and delivery flow during the launch phase, some prices may be adjusted accordingly. We thank you for your trust as we grow – with intention and bold beauty.

If a technical error results in an incorrect price display, we reserve the right to correct it. You will be informed immediately and may, of course, cancel your order for a full refund.

Invoices are generated automatically and can be downloaded after order confirmation.
At this time, Home Beauty Vibes is not registered for Swiss VAT; therefore, no VAT is charged or shown on invoices, in accordance with applicable Swiss VAT regulations.

We do not offer installment payments at this time.

Because even the boldest beauty deserves transparent numbers.

We deliver with care – always.

All items are shipped directly from our trusted partners, carefully packed and delivered to your door.
Currently, we deliver within Switzerland only.

Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page.
For pre-orders or made-to-order pieces, delivery times vary and are clearly communicated before purchase.

Depending on the item, delivery may be handled by specialized logistics providers experienced in transporting large or high-value pieces.
For select orders, White Glove Delivery may be available – including placement in the room of your choice and removal of packaging materials. Availability is confirmed individually.

If you have a preferred transport partner or require special delivery arrangements, we’re happy to discuss this with you in advance.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the item to the agreed delivery address.

Please ensure that someone is present to receive and inspect the item at the time of delivery.
Acceptance of the delivery without noted damage constitutes confirmation that the item was received in good condition.

If an item arrives damaged, please document the issue immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can find the best solution together.
Any additional costs resulting from failed delivery attempts, restricted access, or refusal of delivery without justified cause may be charged to the customer.

International shipping is not currently offered.

We hope you fall in love – but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at admin@homebeautyvibes.ch within the 14-day period.
Returns must be approved in advance. Unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.

Approved returns are handled directly by the respective supplier or artist.
Home Beauty Vibes coordinates the return process but does not physically receive returned items.

All products offered on this platform are produced, prepared, and shipped by independent suppliers or artists. While we curate and coordinate each order with care, responsibility for the physical production, characteristics, and conformity of the item rests with the respective supplier.

This right applies only to standard, non-customized items.
Custom orders, pre-orders, artworks, limited pieces, and made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are created or reserved specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Return shipping costs and responsibility remain with the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
In such cases, the return process will be coordinated with the respective supplier.

To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must meet the return conditions defined by the respective supplier, including being unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accompanying materials, where applicable.

The condition of the returned item is assessed by the respective supplier.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the supplier may determine a reduction of the refund to reflect any loss in value.

If a package shows visible damage at delivery, we recommend inspecting it immediately or accepting it with reservation, and contacting us within 48 hours.

Failure to accept or collect a delivery without justified cause and without prior notice may result in cancellation of the order and deduction of related return costs.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We aim to issue refunds within 10 working days via the original payment method.
For orders paid in Bitcoin (BTC), refunds are issued in CHF, based on the value at the time of purchase.

This policy applies to private customers only.
For professional clients, returns or withdrawal rights may be agreed upon in writing – please contact us in advance.

Because luxury is also about honesty –
and trust is something we put in writing.

Legal Warranty

All products sold to private customers are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable Swiss law, valid for two (2) years from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies exclusively to purchases made for personal use.
For professional or commercial customers, different conditions apply – please contact us for details.

Home Beauty Vibes does not manufacture the products offered on this platform.
All items are produced and supplied by independent partners or artists. The statutory warranty of conformity therefore relates to the condition of the product as delivered by the respective supplier.

The warranty covers any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery.
If you notice a defect, please inform us within two months of becoming aware of it.

We will coordinate the review with the respective supplier and propose the most appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law – such as repair, replacement, or refund.

The statutory warranty does not apply in cases where:

  • the issue results from improper use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions,

  • damage is caused by external factors (e.g. moisture, accidents, or unauthorized repair attempts),

  • the issue results from normal wear and tear or the natural aging of materials over time.

Some products may additionally be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty beyond the statutory warranty. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page or accompanying documentation.

Governing Law & Disputes

All contracts concluded through this website are governed by Swiss law.

For private customers (consumers) residing in Switzerland, the competent court is the court at your place of residence.
For all other cases, the competent court is Zug, Switzerland.

The right to pursue claims through the ordinary courts remains unaffected.

All original content on this website – including editorial texts, style names, layout design, poetic expressions, and curated collections – is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, these elements are the creative property of Home Beauty Vibes.

Product images, brand logos, and product specifications are used with permission from our official brand partners or suppliers and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

Home Beauty Vibes operates as a curated platform connecting customers with selected independent suppliers and artists. Home Beauty Vibes does not manufacture, store, or physically handle the products offered on this website.

While we curate the selection and coordinate the purchasing and communication process with care, liability for the production, quality, and physical characteristics of the products rests with the respective supplier, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Home Beauty Vibes shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability shall in any case be limited to the value of the respective order.

Supplier Dependency & Force Majeure

Fulfilment and delivery of orders depend on the availability and performance of independent suppliers, artists, and logistics partners.

Home Beauty Vibes shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to production delays, supply chain disruptions, transport issues, natural events, or other force majeure situations.

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and appropriate solutions will be sought in good faith.

Amendments & Severability

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Home Beauty Vibes reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of use or purchase shall apply.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Beauty Vibes regarding purchases made through this website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides your statutory rights under applicable Swiss law.
